Welcome Aboard Rosanna!
Designed and built in Stonington, Maine by Arno Day, Rosanna is a 30-foot traditional plank-on-frame Lobster Boat. Now converted to a family picnic boat, she has been rechristened ‘Rosanna’ after Chad's grandmother, Jacquetta Rose, and his new bride, Anna. She is now found cruising the waters in Nantucket Harbor. Come aboard and take a step back in time on Rosanna!

James is a native Nantucketer who grew up fishing and sailing on island. James is an avid swimmer and enjoys boarding, fishing and sailing with his family throughout the Caribbean. Capt. James has worked alongside Chad for five years as mate of the sailing yacht 'Outlier' where he is an invaluable crew member during their summer racing program. He is also recent graduate of the University of Tampa, and has a U.S. Coast Guard certified captain. James's vast knowledge of the Nantucket and the surrounding waters makes for highly enjoyable and safe day out on the water!

A Nantucket washashore, Chad has lived on island for more than two decades first arriving as Mate aboard the sailing yacht 'Schooner America'. Capt. Chad holds a 100 ton Masters license and a CCA Offshore Safety Certificate as well as STCW95. Chad has sailed countless miles on some of the world's finest yachts from Maine to the Caribbean, The Bahamas, Spain and the Balearic Islands. Including a passage from Newport, RI to Tahiti, with stops in Panama and the Galápagos Islands along the way. Some of you may have recalled seeing or may have even stayed aboard his restored Hinckley sailboat 'Roshika' which was a long time fixture in Nantucket Harbor. He is now proud to offer charters on his classic 30' Arno Day lobster yacht.
